Our first CRAFTERNOON of making mandalas was a great success I thought! Some beautiful creations were made amongst fantastic conversation. We were a group of 9 in total 😁🌻 Thank you ladies! Men are most welcome too 😁

Our next CRAFTERNOON will be a different kind of craft and creativity – I have asked Carlin Perros from Move it Modern Dance to put a customised routine together for us to learn. We will dance off some emotion in a fun, sociable and rhythmic way 💃. Carlin will adapt for all ages, fitness levels and illness limitations. Everyone will be included in creating something expressive.

We will then have some tea, coffee and nibbles and round the afternoon off with a ‘Calm the nervous system’ short meditation with yours truly.

🌱No prior experience for either dancing or meditation needed.

Where: House@9, 9 Drew Avenue,  Howick, 3290

When: Wednesday 26/01/22 from 3pm – 5pm.

CRAFTERNOON gatherings are happening every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month.

They are for anyone grieving, feeling disconnected or alone, struggling with change or just wanting a space to connect with others in a real and fun way. We currently range from 17 to in the 70s, all welcome.
